Dear Friends,
We just received a question from a customer whose vet was concerned that K9Immunity boosts the immune system and by doing so might also feed cancer cells. Not so!!
Here is the straight scoop directly from Dr. John Holliday, who developed K9Immunity. He says, “K9 Immunity is NOT an immune stimulant, it is an immune modulator, which means it raises immune awareness of some classes of immune cells and lowers the activity of other classes of immune cells. In short, the idea of it somehow feeding the cancer just does not make sense. We have only seen positive results in about 1 million dogs treated so far, so I think perhaps your vet is just not aware of the product or today’s immune-based treatments of cancer.” More specific information for your vet can be found on our website in the section entitled “For the Vet” or in the packing slip contained in every order.
I hope this clears up any question anyone might have regarding this issue. If you have additional questions, please contact me.
Big hugs,

Hi Everyone, I just wanted to let you know that K9 Immunity is the reason why our 8 year old Dalmatian mix is alive today. He was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma on 3/29 and we amputated his from left leg on 4/5/2013. The surgeon wanted us to do chemo, but we decided against it. We started K9 Immunity Plus – 70 lb and over, 2 weeks after the amputation. We give him 6 tablets a day and haven’t missed a dose. I am proud to say that our boy is 10 months post op. The odds were against him, and I attribute his success to his strong will, love for his family and K9 Medicinals!!!!!! Thank you for everything. Each day is a blessing.
We had the same think happen to our dog which is a carine terrier, she had her leg removed and the vet said that the tumor was below where they took her leg off,she had it removed clear up to and including her shoulder,I started her on k9 immunity prior to surgery and she has had I chemo treatment ,the good news is she has had no side affects,it has been a week since she since she had her treatment, she is to have another one in 3 weeks, then they will re x-ray her lungs and if they are still clear and showing no signs of cancer we are hopefully home free, she if very active with her sister,as you have stated each day is a blessing.
Thanks so much for your kind words. We are so sorry you are going through this with your pups, but so glad K9Immunity is helping. Please let us know if we can help in any way.
Big hugs,
Dorla, Bogie and Baby
